I bought XXL for a height of 177 cm and weight of approximately 90 kg. The knee pad is VERY good. During training, it showed that it fits perfectly on the leg, doesn't slip down, and doesn't feel tight. It holds the knee and the back of the thigh well.

The size xxl i got was too short and could not stretched high enough.

Delivered to Ukraine by Miexpress in 14 days. Everything was well packaged, the quality is good, but the size does not match the size chart. I weigh 89 kilograms, ordered XL (90-110 kg), but they put a lot of pressure on my knee and hip; mine are large, so I think XXL would have been suitable. I'll try wearing these, or I'll order a larger size!

I accidentally ordered the small returning it and got a xxl for both legs hope not too big! Love the copper leg compressions . Pay action if not a size look and see if one size only is available.
