They do not fit the pan

Squishy soft. Yet they are firm to adjust to the pan/pot handle. Curved. Slit on one side, end to end, to open up, making putting them on easy, yet closes back up to stay in place.
It arrived in perfect condition and quickly, fits perfectly with the handle and fulfills its purpose. I also bought the black one, which covers this type of handle better.
I am happy with both.
